ABOUT Green Chilli Pickle RECIPE

Green chilli pickle recipe is very simple and instant dish with very few ingredients like mustard seeds, lemon juice, turmeric that enhance aroma and taste.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 100 grams Fat green chilli
  2. 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  3. 1/2 Turmeric powder
  4. 1/2 tsp Salt
  5. 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  6. 3 tbsp Mustard seeds
  7. 2-3 tbsp Oil


  1. Rinse and wipe green chilli very well and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste and śaute till ginger garlic colour changes light brown.
  3. Add salt, turmeric powder and mustard seeds and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add green chilli and mix all the ingredients well.
  4. Switch off the flame, take green chilli pickle in a bowl. Let it cool for 2 minutes add lemon juice. Mix it well.
  5. Green chilli pickle is ready to serve with parathas, for lunch or dinner.
