For saffron colour.... Kesr k 10-12 strands (soaked in hot milk)
Baadam, kaju... 8-10 ( fried) kishmish.. 8 -10
Onion.. 1cup... Cutted nd fried
Instructions
For manchurian balls.. Mix all ingredients nd deep fry the balls. Keep aside.
For Biryaani.... Ek kadai me pehle sabziyon ka gadda daale Fir... Uske uper se chawal ki chadr bichayen... Uske uper beetroot, mint or coriander se sajayen Manchurian balls ka takiya lagayen..... Fried onion ki maccherdaani bhi lagayen....:smiley: Fir se daale sabzi... Fir se daale chawal... Uske bhi uper beetroot, mint coriander se sajayen Usko bhi manchurian balls ka takiya lagayen... Fried onion ki maccherdaani bhi lagayen ese krk saari lyer bichayen...
Sabse uper kesar milk ka ghol barsayen.. Foil se cover kr thoda sim pe pakayen... 5-10 min. :innocent:
