ABOUT Cold Coffee RECIPE

Are you a coffee lover? Then, this is for you. Now no need to visit coffee shop, you can make your own Cold Coffee. I’m going to share with you two kind of cold coffee with ice cream & without ice cream.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Full fat Milk - 2 cup (boil then chilled)
  2. Instant coffee powder - 3tsp
  3. Warm water - 2 tbsp
  4. Sugar - 3 tbsp
  5. Chocolate sauce - 5 tbs
  6. Chocolate, shredded - 2 tbsp
  7. Chocolate ice cream - 1 big scoop
  8. Vanilla ice cream - 1 small scoop

Instructions

  1. Swirl some chocolate sauce in a glass & chill it for 1 hour so that the sauce stays in its place.
  2. Add coffee powder and sugar to a teaspoon of warm water and beat it with a spoon / fork till it becomes creamy & fluffy.
  3. In the blending jar add the milk , coffee sugar mix and blend on high for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Pour it in the chilled glass, decorate with shredded chocolate and serve,
  5. For cold coffee with ice cream, add chocolate ice cream while mixing all the ingredients in the blender. Pour it in the glass, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream over it & add some more chocolate sauce over it.
