Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 cup peanuts
  2. 1/2 cup sprouted moong beans
  3. 1/2 cup sprouted whole bengal gram/kala chana
  4. 1 lime juice extracted
  5. 1/2 tbsp salt
  6. 1/4th freshly ground black pepper
  7. Garnish:-
  8. 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Roast the peanuts and remove the skin.
  2. Mix the peanuts with sprouts in a bowl.
  3. Sprinkle in the lime juice, salt and pepper.
  4. Toss gently till the salad is well coated with seasoning.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve chilled.

I added Finely chopped cucumber and tomato too. It's delicious :-p
