Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup buckwhear flour
  2. 3 tbsp sugar
  3. few drops of oil for cooking
  4. Water as required

Instructions

  1. Sift the flour into a bowl and mix in the sugar. Gradually add about 1 & 1/2 cups of water and mix to make a batter of pouring consistency.
  2. Put a non-stick frying pan over moderate heat. When hot, pour in a ladle of batter and swirl the pan to cover the base. Drizzle a few drops of oil.
  3. Cook each side for 2-3 minutes till light golden on both sides. Make all the chillas in the same way.
