ABOUT Tandoori wedges RECIPE

Potato wedges are marinated in the tandoori masala and baked to perfection.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 400gms - potato
  2. 4 tsp - hung curd (check tips below)
  3. 1 tbsp - oil
  4. 1 tsp - cumin powder
  5. 1 tsp - kasuri methi powder
  6. 1/2 tsp - coriander powder
  7. 1/2 tsp - garam masala
  8. 1/2 tsp - chat masala
  9. 1/4 tsp - red chilly powder
  10. 1/4 tsp - black pepper powder
  11. orange colour as needed
  12. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel and chop the potatoes into wedges .
  2. Mix all the spices into yogurt and make a paste.
  3. Marinate the potatoes in the mixture for 30 mins.
  4. Spread it evenly on a baking tray lined with parchment paper .
  5. Bake it at 200 C for 45- 50 mins in a preheated oven.
  6. Serve wedges with yogurt dip or ketchup.
