ABOUT Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie RECIPE

Skillet chocolate chip is a giant cookie made on skillet that is not only irresistable but very simple and easy to make. The soft and chocolate melting centers with slightly crisp edges make a perfect dessert for any occasion.

Ingredients Serving: 6

1/4 cup : Melted butter
1/4 cup : Sugar
1/4 cup : Light brown sugar
3/4 cup : All purpose flour
1 tsp : Vanilla
1 nos : Egg
1/2 tsp : Salt
1/2 tsp : Baking Soda
1/3 cup : Chocolate chips/ chunks

Instructions

Sift the flour along with salt and baking soda.
In a bowl add the egg, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract and melted butter. Whisk everything until well combined. Gradually add the sifted flour, chocolate chips and fold into the egg mixture.
Spread the cookie dough on to a greased skillet and bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ for 20 minutes until golden or cook over stove top on low to medium heat for 10 minutes on each side.
Slice and serve warm with a scoop of ice cream.
