ABOUT Simple Corn Tomato Salad RECIPE

This is perhaps the simplest dish possible to be made by anyone at home. It can be consumed with meals or in between meals. Easy to digest, good for health and simple to make.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 Full corn on the cob
  2. 1 Onion, large
  3. 2 Green chilli, finely chopped
  4. 2 tbsp coriander, chopped
  5. A pinch of pepper
  6. A pinch of Chaat Masala
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. Dash of Extra Virgin Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Add boiled water to the kernels separated from the cob.
  2. Cover and keep for 15 - 20 minutes. Drain water.
  3. In a serving bowl add all ingredients except the coriander and olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle some coriander.
  5. Add a dash of extra virgin Olive oil and serve.
