ABOUT Mango cheese cake RECIPE

You will be drooling after seeing it, at the same time it tastes awesome because of paneer which is used (healthy version).

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. mango puree- 11/2 cup
  2. Condensed milk- 1 tin
  3. 2 small packets- Marie biscuits
  4. Butter- 2 tbsp
  5. paneer crumbled- 250 gms
  6. For glaze:
  7. mango puree- 1 cup
  8. sugar acc. to taste
  9. lime juice- just a tsp.
  10. Water- 3/4 cup


  1. First of all in a blender add Marie Biscuits and crush, mix with butter and spread on a cheesecake tin. Keep in fridge till the filling is ready.
  2. Meanwhile take a beater and beat all other ingredients for the filling and add to the crust. Keep in fridge to set.
  3. Now in a pan heat all the glaze ingredients simmer till thick and glossy, remove and cool, later add to the cheese cake and finally set for 4 hrs or overnight.
