Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Milk, full cream - 1L
  2. Rice - 1/2 Cup
  3. Sugar - 1/2 Cup
  4. Almonds - 7 Chopped
  5. Cashews - 7 Chopped
  6. Poppy seeds - 1 tsp
  7. Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Soak rice for 15 minutes in a lukewarm water then coarsely grind it without water.
  2. Heat milk in a heavy bottom pan on low flame till it reduces to 3/4.
  3. Add sugar, rice and cardamom powder. Stir continuously to avoid sticking till it thickens like a pudding.
  4. Add half of the chopped cashews and almonds.
  5. Take out in a serving dish and garnish with rest of the dry fruits. Serve hot or chilled.
