Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For 6 muffins : 1/2 - Cup Rawa (suji)
  2. 1/2 Cup - Curd
  3. 1/4 teaspoon - Baking soda
  4. 1 - Green chilli, finely chopped
  5. 2 tablespoons - Grated carrot
  6. 1/2 teaspoon - Mustard seeds
  7. 8-10 - Curry Leaves
  8. 1/2 teaspoon - Oil
  9. 6 - Small florets of broccoli
  10. 6 - Paper cups
  11. Salt according to taste
  12. Red chilli according to taste
  13. 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder

Instructions

  1. Whisk curd, add suji and baking soda. mix and keep aside.
  2. In a nonstick pan heat oil and splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves. Add grated carrot in it and saute for 1 minute. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli. mix it and turn off the gas.
  3. Blanch broccoli florets in salt water.
  4. mix carrot tempering in curd, rava mixture. if the batter is thick then add little water.
  5. Preheat oven at 180 degrees.
  6. Pour a little batter in paper molds and set florets in middle then again pour batter over it. Bake it in preheated oven for 10 minutes or till cooked.
  7. Serve with chutney or sauce.
