Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup amaranth flour
  2. 1/2 cup water
  3. 1 tbsp flax
  4. 1 tbsp herbs - I like chives
  5. 1 tbsp arrowroot
  6. 1 tbsp sea salt
  7. 1/2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl combine oil & water with a fork.
  2. Slowly add wet ingredients to the dry, turning the flour. Mix until a firm ball is formed.
  3. Spread oil out on a flat baking tray & roll out the dough until 1/8th inch using extra flour to prevent sticking.
  4. Cut to the desired shape. Place in the oven at 180 degree centigrade for around 8 minutes.
  5. Turn over and put back in the oven for another 5 mins.
