1 cup spelt flour (amaranth/banana flour for gluten free)
1/2 tbsp baking powder
3 tbsp cocoa powder
handful raisins
handful chopped dates
3 tbsp rice milk
5 tbsp peanut/flaxseed oil
2 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp rice syrup
Instructions
Mix the ingredients in a bowl and combine the wet ingredients in another bowl. Mix wet ingredients with the dry.
Prepare the baking dish with oiled baking paper. Transfer the mixture to the dish and place in a heated oven at 180 degrees C for 25 minutes, or until you test with a toothpick and it comes out clean.
