Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 Cup - Semolina
  2. 1/2 Cup - Rolled oats
  3. 1 - Onion, finely chopped
  4. 1 - Green chili, finely sliced
  5. 1/2 Cup - Water + 1 tbsp curd (optional)
  6. 1/4 Cup - Chopped cilantro
  7. 1/4 tsp - Hing (optional)
  8. 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  9. 1 tsp - Ginger paste
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 1 tbsp - Wheat flour ( You can use 1 tbsp rice flour or all purpose flour instead)

Instructions

  1. Dry roast oats and semolina separately. Grind oats to a fine powder. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Grease a non stick pan. Pour 1 serving spoon full of batter. Gently spread it.
  3. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes on low flame. Open the lid, flip the pancakes and cook again for 3-4 minutes
  4. Serve hot with idli podi / ketchup / chutney of your choice.
