Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Cumin seeds - 25 grams
  2. Cloves - 3-4
  3. Red chilies - 2-4
  4. Asafoetida - 2 tsp
  5. Black salt - 2 tsp
  6. Rock salt - 2 tsp
  7. Dried Pudina (Mint) leaves - 1/2 Cup

Instructions

  1. Arrange all ingredients and heat a pan. Dry roast the cumin seeds on low heat. Add red chilies and roast a little.
  2. Add asafoetida and cloves and roast them for 1 minute.
  3. Now put off the heat and add black salt, rock salt and dried pudina leaves with other ingredients.
  4. Finally grind them altogether into a powder.
  5. Enjoy eating with Dal ,Kadhis or Salads
