- butter (amul) 185 gms
- Caramel 1 tbsp
- water 1/2 cup
- sugar brown 1/2 cup
- Grated carrot 1 cup
- ginger paste 1 tsp
- self raising flour 2 cups
- meetha soda 1 tsp
How to make Carrot ginger cake
My Tip:
Add butter and lime juice to icing sugar and warm it. When it becomes a thick paste, spread it over the cake and serve. You can also do cream icing.
