Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Butter (amul) 185 gms
  2. Caramel 1 tbsp
  3. Water 1/2 cup
  4. Sugar brown 1/2 cup
  5. Grated carrot 1 cup
  6. ginger paste 1 tsp
  7. self raising flour 2 cups
  8. Meetha soda 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. In a heavy bottom pan or pressure cooker pan put butter, caramel, brown sugar and water. Bring it to a boil.
  2. Add grated carrot and ginger paste to this mix, add flour and soda to it. Pour this mixture in a baking dish and put it in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degree centigrade.
  3. Once baked, cool it on a cooling rack and do a lemon glaze icing.

Do u need to cool the butter caramel brown sugar n water mixture after it boils or to put carrot ginger.. flour to the boiled cooled water mixture..
