ABOUT Honey Cornflakes Cookies RECIPE

This is a super crisp cookie recipe with the goodness of honey and butter.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. butter - 100 gm
  2. honey - 100 gm
  3. flour - 1 cup
  4. Cornflakes - 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the microwave oven in oven / convection mode at 175 ° C.
  2. Mix butter and honey in a saucepan at low heat for 2 minutes.
  3. Mix flour and cornflakes with honey butter mixture and make a dough.
  4. Shape the cookies and place on the pan. Start the microwave oven in oven / convection mode for 10 minutes.
  5. Cool down for few minutes and store in container or serve with tea.
