Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Baigan 250 grams
  2. Patto wali pyaz 200 grams chopped
  3. Green tomatoes 5 chopped
  4. Green chillies 8 chopped
  5. Salt as required
  6. Oil 6 tsp
  7. Zeera 1 tsp
  8. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Recipe is same like that of baigan bharta which i posted earlier. The difference is in this dish i included large chunks of pattey wali pyaz instead of simple onion and another thing to be noted is i used green tomatoes instead of red ones Enjoy this delicious sondi sondi dish u will definately like this
