  1. Recipe:- Curdle milk and drain out all the excess water from chenna. Chenna should be crumbly in texture.Now add wheat flour, sooji, sugar, cardamom powder to chenna, mash everything properly in your palm and make a very smooth soft dough. Mean while in a pan add one spoon ghee, once hot add one spoon sugar. Let the sugar caramalize then add milk and boil to half of its quantity.add sugar to the milk as per your taste. Now make balls out of chenna mixture and flatten them without any crack. Fry all the chenna patties in hot oil or ghee. Once fried drop all the patties in boiled milk. Cover and cook for 5 more minutes till the rasabalis are well soaked in milk
