A wonderful healthy pickle that is delicious in taste too.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 250 gm - Green chilies
  2. 500 gm - Green garlic shoots
  3. 250 gm - Dry mango powder
  4. 500 ml - Mustard oil
  5. 1 tbsp - Turmeric powder
  6. 4 tbsp - Salt or as per taste

Instructions

  1. Wash green chilli and green garlic. Keep it in a dry place for 3-4 hrs or till it dries completely.
  2. Roast green chilies on a low to medium heat for 4-5 mins. Chop the green chilies and green garlic into small pieces and dry grind them as smooth as possible.
  3. Take it out in a mixing bowl. Add dry mango powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste and mustard oil. Mix all the ingredients well.
  4. Fill it in a dry glass jar. It can be stored for months.
