    Ingredients to make Healthy poha paneer uttapa

    • rice 3 cups
    • Milk 500 ml
    • Poha 1 cup
    • green chillies 6
    • Fresh coriander leaves
    • jeera 1 tsp
    • lime juice 2 tsp
    • salt to taste
    • oil to cook

    How to make Healthy poha paneer uttapa

    1. Boil the milk and add few drops of lime juice and curdle the milk, remove from heat and cool.
    2. Wash rice and add curdled milk. Mix well and leave it for 8 hours approximately.
    3. Now add salt and poha to this mixture and mix very well. Grind it to a thick paste.
    4. On a greased girdle make pan cakes, put chopped chillies, coriander and jeera on to one side while cooking.

    My Tip:

    Put some pieces of fine chopped tomatoes or carrots also if making for kids. Serve with coconut chutney.
