Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Ragi flour - 11/2 tbsp
  2. Soy flour - 1 tbsp
  3. Yellow maize flour - 1 tbsp
  4. Gram flour - 11/2 tbsp
  5. Rice flour - 1 tbsp
  6. Wheat flour - 11/2 tbsp
  7. Cabbage, grated - 1 tbsp
  8. Onion, grated - 1
  9. Sweet Corn, grated - 1/2
  10. Spinach leaves, chopped fine - 1/2 Cup
  11. Curd - 1 tbsp
  12. Salt, turmeric, chilli powder to taste
  13. Ajwain - 1/2 tsp
  14. Zeera - 1 tsp
  15. Sesame seeds, roasted - 1 tbsp
  16. Garlic, crushed - 11/2 tsp
  17. Grated ginger - 1 tsp
  18. Curd - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Mix all flours. Add all grated vegetables to it. Add all the masala and ginger garlic. Add zeera rubbing between palms.
  2. Add curd and mix everything well. Add 2 tsp oil. Make a dough without adding any water. Don't knead much.
  3. Make Thalipeeth by taking a ball of flour and spreading with hands on rolling board. You also can roll between the plastic sheet. If you want to roll directly than roll with a very soft hand.
  4. Roast both the sides by spreading oil. Don't hurry to roast and flip over otherwise it may break.
  5. Serve it with spreading butter / ghee over hot Thalipeeth accompanied with a glass of Bournvita / hot chocolate / plain milk or buttermilk.
