ABOUT Tea Kadhai Biscuits (Healthy Version) RECIPE

Wholewheat flour cookies with the goodness of cane sugar. Perfect tea time snack.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Butter - 1/2 Cup
  2. Powdered cane sugar - 1/2 Cup
  3. Wholewheat flour - 1 Cup
  4. Salt-a pinch
  5. Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Beat butter and sugar till fluffy. Add the vanilla essence.
  2. Sieve together flour, salt and gently mix it to the butter mixture.
  3. Roll out to 1/ 2" thickness. Cut out shapes and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
  4. once done take the cookies out on wire rack and let them cool. Store in airtight bin.
