ABOUT Mini Egg Cups RECIPE

I tried these mini egg cups for my kid and he loved them. These can be prepared very easily with basic ingredients.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 - Tortillas
  2. 1 - Beaten egg
  3. 4 tbsp - Tomato puree/pizza sauce/tomato sauce
  4. Few capsicum and onion slices
  5. Few lettuce leaves
  6. Grated cheese
  7. Paprika or pepper powder
  8. Few bread crumbs
  9. Salt for taste
  10. Sesame sticks or anything of your choice for handle
  11. Muffin tray

Instructions

  1. Take the tortilla and cut it into circles then fix it in your muffin cup.
  2. Apply tomato puree to the base of tortilla cup.
  3. Add your favourite toppings, onions, capsicum, red chilli powder or pepper and salt. Add few bread crumbs on top of it. Add a spoon of beaten egg in each muffin cup on top of bread crumbs.
  4. Add lettuce on top of it and sprinkle little paprika powder. Finally add grated cheese on top of it.
  5. Bake at 200 degree centigrade for 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. I used sesame sticks as handle for the cup but you can use anything of your choice. Enjoy the mini egg cups.
