A fulfilling toasted sandwich.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 - Onions
  2. 1- Big tomato
  3. 2 tsp - Coriander
  4. 1 - Green chilli
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1/4 tsp- Red chilli
  7. 2 - Bread slices

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients except bread.
  2. Take one slice of read and place the mixture on it. Cover with the other slice.
  3. In a sandwich maker place the filled slices and let it grill properly till done from both sides.
  4. Remove and serve with ketchup.
