Paan ladoo is very easy and delicious sweet dish.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 400 gm - Condensed milk
  2. 250 gm - Dedicated coconut Powder
  3. 1pinch - Cardomon Powder
  4. 4-5 - Paan leaves
  5. 1pinch - Green food color
  6. 2tbs - Gulkand
  7. 1tbs - Ghee, for greasing
  8. 2tbs - Chopped mix dry fruits


  1. In a pan add gulkand and dry fruits and cook on slow flame till they bind together. Switch off the gas and keep aside to cool.
  2. Roll the paan leaves together and finely chop them.
  3. Pour condensed milk in heavy bottom pan, add dedicated coconut to it and mix. Cook this mixture on low flame. Stir the mixture continuously to avoid burning. Add chopped paan leaves, a pinch of green color and cardamom powder.
  4. Within 2-3 minutes the mixture will start leaving the sides and comes together as dough. Switch off gas let it rest for 2 minutes.
  5. Grease your palm with ghee. Pinch a small portion of mixture and make a depression with your thumb on it and place a little of gulkand and dry fruit mixture inside, roll between your hands into balls like ladoo.
  6. Roll them in dedicated coconut powder and keep in a airtight box or serve immediately.
