About Turmeric Icecream Recipe

Turmeric, the ‘Queen of Spices’, a must in the spice box of an Indian Kitchen. This bright vibrant yellow Icecream is my recipe.

Turmeric Icecream

Ingredients to make Turmeric Icecream

  • Heavy cream 400 ml
  • Powdered sugar 1/2 cup
  • Condensed Milk 4 tablespoons
  • turmeric powder 2 tablespoons
  • Ground black pepper
  • rose petals for garnishing

How to make Turmeric Icecream

  1. Refrigerate the cream overnight
  2. Pour the cream into the bowl of the standmixer with whisk attachment
  3. Whisk it till it forms soft peak
  4. Add sugar, condensed milk, turmeric powder and black pepper powder and whisk till the cream forms stiff peaks
  5. Transfer this mixture into an airtight container and refrigerate overnight
  6. Remove it a couple of minutes in advance before you want to serve it
  7. Scoop it out and garnish it with rose petals and serve.

My Tip:

Adjust the Sugar and turmeric according to your taste.
