Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 - Boiled potato, mashed
  2. 1 Cup - Chana dal, boiled
  3. 1 - Onion, finely chopped
  4. 1 tablespoon - Salt
  5. 1 tablespoon - Black pepper powder
  6. 1 tablespoon - Red chilli powder
  7. 2 - Green chilies, chopped
  8. Oil for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. Coarsely grind chana dal. In a bowl, add ground channa dal and add mashed boiled potato.
  2. Mix it well and then add rest like onion, salt, black pepper, green chillies, and red chilli powder. Take dal mixture in hand and make small tikki.
  3. On non-stick tawa, shallow fry Channa Dal Tikkis and serve hot with mint chutney and tomato ketchup.
