ABOUT Hash Brown Potatoes RECIPE

Yummiest, crispy, crunchy, quick, shallow fry starter.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Parboiled potatoes - 4-6
  2. Black pepper - 1 tsp
  3. Salt per taste
  4. Clarified butter for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. Grate the par boiled potatoes.
  2. Add salt, black pepper and press potatoes firmly in a tray.
  3. Cut with the help of a round cookie cutter.
  4. Meanwhile, heat non stick tawa and spread a few drops of clarified butter.
  5. Shallow fry the potato patties on low flame till they gets crispy, crunchy from both sides.
  6. Serve with chutney as snacks or accompany with breakfast.
