ABOUT Baked Salmon in Parchment Paper RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Salmon fish fillets -2
  2. Black pepper - As per taste
  3. Salt - As per taste
  4. Zatar Powder - As required
  5. Olive oil - 1-2 tsp
  6. Zucchini - 1/4 cup, chopped
  7. Boiled potatoes - 1/4 Cup, chopped
  8. Parchment Paper or Butter Paper or Baking Paper

Instructions

  1. Take a big parchment paper and spread some olive oil on it.
  2. Place a salmon fillet at the center. Add some veggies like zucchini, potato etc.
  3. Sprinkle Zatar Powder (middle Eastern Spice, Salt and black pepper). Fold and taper from sides and bake at 170 degree centigrade for 15 minutes.
  4. Serve with Russian Salad and some chopped Parsely.
