Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Paneer - 250 gm
  2. Oil for shallow frying - As required
  3. Bread pieces - 7-8
  4. Ketchup - 2 tbsp
  5. Fresh coconut, coarsely ground - 3 tbsp
  6. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Hung yogurt - 3 tbsp
  9. Chopped fresh coriander - 2-3 tsp


  1. Firstly grind the bread to form crumbs and put it aside.
  2. Now take 1 tbsp of hung curd in a bowl and put some fresh coriander, salt, red chilli powder,1tbsp ketchup, garam masala,1tbsp fresh ground coconut in it and mix well.
  3. Now cut the paneer piece from mid to half and fill the stuffing. Don't cut the paneer piece fully.
  4. Now lightly coat the paneer pieces with curd and then with bread crumbs and shallow fry in pan until the crumbs turn crispy.
  5. For dip: Take another bowl and put the remaining 1 tbsp ketchup, 2 tbsp curd, 2 tbsp ground coconut and mix properly.
  6. Fill this mixture in the piping bag and fill the paneer pieces. Also add some fresh coriander and coconut on it for garnishing.
  7. Serve hot with cool dip.
