ABOUT Schezwan Noodles RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Carrots - 2 sliced
  2. Bell peppers - Red, Yellow and Green, sliced
  3. Baby corn - 5 to 6, sliced
  4. Mushrooms - 1 packet, sliced
  5. Celery - 1 bunch, sliced ( only stems)
  6. Garlic - 10 to 15, sliced
  7. Schzwan chutney - 2 tbsp
  8. Soy sauce - 1 tsp
  9. Vinegar - 1 tsp
  10. Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  11. Salt - as per taste
  12. Pepper - as per taste
  13. Noodles - 1 packet

Instructions

  1. Boil noodles. Strain in a colander and set aside.
  2. Stir fry all the veggies separately.
  3. Take a little oil in a hot pan, add garlic and when it turns golden in color add bell peppers, salt and pepper. Cover for 1 minute.
  4. Stir fry carrots and corn together. Stir fry the mushrooms. Keep aside.
  5. In the same pan add a little oil and add garlic, celery and Schezwan sauce. Let it fry for sometime then add soy sauce and vinegar n little sugar.
  6. Add noodles and mix well. Turn off the gas and serve hot.
