This is a very good option for those who like to eat bhaturas but they dont like white flour.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Suji - 1 Cup
  2. Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  3. Ajwain - 1/4 teaspoon
  4. Water - 1/4 Cup
  5. Curd - 1/4 Cup

Instructions

  1. Take sooji add salt and ajwain and kneed till it becomes like a soft dough. Keep aside for ten minutes.
  2. Make balls and in shape of bhature, fry it in hot oil.
