ABOUT Crunchy Fish Fry RECIPE

A delicious fish fry recipe that is easy to make too.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Fish, boneless - 10 pieces
  2. For the marinade : Lemon juice - 2 tbs
  3. Green chilies - 4
  4. Garlic - 8
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Second marinade : Coriander powder - 1 tbs
  7. Roasted chana dal powder - 1 tsp
  8. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  9. Turmeric powder - 1/8 tsp
  10. garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
  11. Aamchur powder - 1/4 tsp
  12. Bread crumbs - 1 cup
  13. Rice flour - 1/2 cup
  14. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut fish into square pieces and wash it.
  2. Now marinate it with the first marinade and keep in fridge for 10 minutes. Take out from fridge and marinate with the second marination.
  3. Roll in rice flour and in bread crumbs. Keep in fridge for 10 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in kadai and fry each pieces. Serve with onion salad.
