Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Roasted semolina - 1 Cup
  2. Hot water - 2 1/2 Cups
  3. Green chilies - 3
  4. Chopped ginger - 1 tsp
  5. Red chilies - 2
  6. Curry leaves - 6
  7. Oil -3 tbsp
  8. Bengal gram dal- 2 tsp
  9. Urad dal - 1 tsp
  10. Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
  11. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the kadhai along with oil. In this add Chana dal, urad dal and mustard seeds.
  2. When you get the aroma then add broken red chilies, chopped ginger, green chilies and saute for 1 minute. Now add curry leaves and saute. Add hot water and give it boil.
  3. Add roasted semolina and stir continuously, when it becomes thick remove from heat.
  4. Serve with any chutney.
