Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Homemade paneer - 1 Cup
  2. Whole cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  3. capsicum - 1
  4. onion - 1
  5. ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
  6. carrot - 1 small
  7. Spring onion - 1/3 Cup
  8. tomato - 1 Large
  9. Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
  10. turmeric powder - 1/3 tsp
  11. cumin powder - 1tsp
  12. coriander powder - 1 tsp
  13. chilli powder - 1 tsp
  14. salt as per your taste
  15. oil
  16. Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  17. Kasuri methi leaves dry - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a nonstick pan, add cumin seeds and when they crackle add chopped onions.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 1 minutes then add jeera powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and chilli powder. Stir and saute for 2-3 minute.
  3. Add all the vegetables except spring onions and tomato. Saute and stir for 3-4 minutes. Cover and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and spring onions, cook with cover for 3 - 4 mins then add paneer and dry kasuri methi. Mix it well and saute for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Turn off the gas and add garam masala powder, chopped coriander leaves and mix. Serve hot with roti or paratha.
