Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 350 gm - Boneless chicken, chopped
  2. 1 Cup - Mix bell pepper (green, yellow and red)
  3. 1/2 Cup - Chopped tomatoes minus juice and seeds
  4. 1 1/2 tsp - Red chilli paste
  5. 1/2 tsp - Garlic paste
  6. 1/4 tsp - All spice powder
  7. 2 tsp - Lemon juice
  8. Salt to taste, few drops of oil to mix
  9. For dough : 1 Cup - Rice flour
  10. 2-3 tsp - Maida
  11. 1/4 tsp - Salt, few drops of oil

Instructions

  1. Boil water in pan, add salt, oil and rice flour in it, switch of gas and mix it and cover. After 2 minutes add maida in it and prepare a dough. With a rolling pin make samosa like patty from it.
  2. In other bowl add all ingredients like chopped chicken, mix veg, chopped tomato, chilli paste, lemon juice, fresh coriander, all spice powder, salt, few drops of oil and all the other remaining ingredient. Mix well.
  3. Prepare a steamer, grease with oil and boil water in it.
  4. Now one by one fill the stuffing in the samosa patti and seal the edges.
  5. Place all samosa in the steamer and cover it, after 10 minutes check and it if not done cook again for 5 minutes. Turn off the gas and take out the samosas from the steamer.
  6. Serve these hot and healthy samosas with salsa and sauce.
