Gulab Laddu

Ingredients to make Gulab Laddu

  • 500 gm simple pettha sweets
  • 100 gm gulkand
  • pink food colour
  • 100 gm coconut powder

How to make Gulab Laddu

  1. In a bowl, crush pettha sweets.
  2. Now add pink colour in the crushed sweets and mix well.
  3. Take 2 tbsp mixture on your palm and put gulkand in the mixture.
  4. Now roll and make laddus.
  5. On a big plate take coconut powder and roll laddus in the coconut powder.
  6. Chill your gulab laddu in fridge for 20 minutes before serving.

My Tip:

You can add khoya in this recipe.
