Mango Burfi is a simple yet delicious dessert you can serve to guests or eat on festive occasions. .
Heat a pan add khoya / mawa & 1 tsp ghee, fry it till becomes golden brown.
In the same pan add the mango pulp & stir it continuously in medium flame for 5-10 Minutes.
After 10 minutes add the sugar, milk powder, chopped dry fruits cuts & cardamom powder. Mix it well & stir continuously until it forms a thick fudge.
Grease the tray with ghee, add the mixture & flatten it. Garnish with almonds or Pistachio. Allow to cool down completely for 2-3 hours or fridge for 2-3 hours.
Cut the burfi with your desired choice and serve or store in an airtight container.
