Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 2 Cup - Mango pulp
  2. 1/2 Cup - Sugar
  3. 1 Cup - Khoya / Mawa
  4. 2 tsp - Cashews, almond cuts
  5. 1 tsp - Almonds, shredded
  6. 1/2 tsp - Cardamom powder
  7. 200 gm - Milk powder
  8. 2 tsp - Ghee

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan add khoya / mawa & 1 tsp ghee, fry it till becomes golden brown.
  2. In the same pan add the mango pulp & stir it continuously in medium flame for 5-10 Minutes.
  3. After 10 minutes add the sugar, milk powder, chopped dry fruits cuts & cardamom powder. Mix it well & stir continuously until it forms a thick fudge.
  4. Grease the tray with ghee, add the mixture & flatten it. Garnish with almonds or Pistachio. Allow to cool down completely for 2-3 hours or fridge for 2-3 hours.
  5. Cut the burfi with your desired choice and serve or store in an airtight container.
