About Bounty Fritters Recipe

A relative had gifted me some bounty mini chocolates, I thought of this recipe when there was sudden call for dessert at the table.

Bounty Fritters

Ingredients to make Bounty Fritters

  • Bounty Small sized bars - 8
  • Soda water - 1 Cup
  • Self Raising flour - 1 cup
  • Refined or Sunflower oil for deep frying
  • Chocolate Sauce to Garnish

How to make Bounty Fritters

  1. In a large bowl put the 1 cup flour, whisk in the soda water.
  2. Add only 3/4 soda water, if only the batter is too thick add in the rest of the soda water.
  3. The batter should have the consistency to coat the chocolate covered coconut bars.
  4. Deep fry till the battered bars puff up slightly and turn golden brown.
  5. Transfer on a paper towel. Have warm or cold. It tastes delicious.
  6. Drizzle chocolate sauce before serving.

My Tip:

Bounty chocolate is best as it gives a nice tropical touch.
