Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Milk - 1/2 litre
  2. Custard powder - 4tsp diluted in 1/4th cup of cold milk
  3. Sugar - 8 tsp
  4. Elaichi powder - 1/4th tsp
  5. Mango purée - 1 Cup
  6. Mango chunks - 1/2 Cup
  7. Slivered almonds - 10-12
  8. Few pomegranate seeds for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Heat milk in a pan along with sugar and elaichi powder and stir. Let it come to a boil and then add diluted custard powder.
  2. Stir constantly to avoid lumps. Turn the gas off when it thickens and you get a desired consistency.
  3. Let it cool then add mango pulp, mango chunks and slivered almonds. Give it a mix.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4-5 hours.
  5. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and serve chilled.
