ABOUT Custard Mango Float RECIPE

This can be prepared in the summer season with a very few ingredients. Kids friendly.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Alphonso Mangoes - 2
  2. Britannia Nutrichoice cracker - 12-15
  3. Milk - 250 ml
  4. Double cream - 1/4 Cup
  5. Sugar - 2-3 tbsp
  6. Custard Powder - 2 heaped tbsp
  7. Almonds – 8-9 Crushed (Optional)
  8. Good day biscuits - 4 (Optional)
  9. Garnishing – Chocolate syrup, Mango pulp scooped

Instructions

  1. Peel mangoes. Cut into thin round slices.
  2. Heat the pan. Boil milk. Add sugar. Take 50 ml milk in different bowl. Add custard powder. Mix well.
  3. Add this mixture into remaining milk. Keep stirring continuously. Cook till 2-3 minutes.
  4. Cool down. Add cream whisk well. Keep aside.
  5. Take tray. Align the layer of nutichoice biscuits. Spread a layer of custard-cream mixture. Spread crushed almonds. Next layer will be the thinly sliced mango slices. Align the same. Repeat this process second time or if required third time.
  6. Repeat this process second time or if required third time.
  7. Take 4 biscuits. (I used Good day biscuits for topping). Crush well add little unsweetened coco powder (Optional) mix well and spread on top.
  8. Put it in the refrigerator. Set at least for 5-6 hrs before serving. Make sure it is cold when served.
