ABOUT Mango Mint Lassi RECIPE

A delicious, healthy and cooling drink for hot summer days.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 Cup - Dahi or yogurt
  2. 4 spoons - Sugar or as needed
  3. 1/4 tsp - Elaichi powder
  4. 1/2 Cup - Milk
  5. 1 - Mango, washed, peeled, chopped into chunks
  6. 1 - Mango, pureed
  7. Ice cubes
  8. Mint leaves to garnish

Instructions

  1. Put mango, yogurt, milk, sugar and cardamom into a blender and blend for 2 minutes.
  2. If you want a more milkshake like consistency then blend in some ice or serve over ice cubes.
  3. Sprinkle with a pinch of ground cardamom to serve.
