Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Basmati rice - 3 Cup
  2. Cottage cheese - 1 Cup
  3. Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
  4. Corn flour - 1 tsp
  5. Khoya - 2 tbsp
  6. TuttI fruity - 2 tbsp
  7. Ghee - 2 tbsp
  8. Shahi jeera - 1 tsp
  9. Cinnamon - 3 sticks
  10. Cardamom - 3
  11. Cloves - 3
  12. Cashew nuts - ¼ Cup
  13. Bay leaves - 2
  14. Green chilies - 3
  15. Salt to taste
  16. Sugar - 1 tsp
  17. Fried onions - ¼ Cup
  18. Milk - 1 Cup
  19. Silver warq - 1 Sheet
  20. Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  21. Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Grate the cottage cheese, add corn flour cardamom powder and salt. Mix it and make a dough,
  2. Take another bowl add khoya, tuty fruity, mix it make this also like a dough. Stuff the khoya mixture in the cottage cheese mixture.
  3. Fry these dumplings in hot oil. Coat the paneer balls with silver warq. Keep it aside.
  4. Heat ghee in a pan add cinnamon, cardamom, Shahi jeera, bay leaves, cloves, and cashew nut(soaked in water) add chopped green chills,turmeric powder,sugar, add water and boil them.
  5. In this put the basmati rice (soaked in the water at least 30 minutes) after 3 minutes mix it again and add fried onions and a cup of milk. Mix it and put the lid on for 3 to 4 minutes.
  6. Transfer the rice into plate and garnish with silver foil coated paneer balls on the top of the rice, sprinkle fried onions and serve it.
