ABOUT Masala Corn RECIPE

Masala Corn is a famous snack recipe. It is a kid friendly recipe which is very healthy too. Sweet corn is gluten free hence individuals who are restricted for gluten it is good for them. Corns are also very good source of vitamin B complex. This masala corn is a super saver for sudden hunger pangs.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sweet Corn Kernels - 1 cup
  2. Butter - 1.5 teaspoon
  3. Chaat Masala Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Black salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  6. Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
  7. Roasted cumin powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  8. Red chilli powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Take the corn kernels in a pressure cooker and add adequate water and boil for 3 to 4 whistles or until they are soft.
  2. Now after releasing the pressure, open the cooker and drain the water.
  3. Next step is take the boiled corn kernels in a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients and give a good toss.
  4. Serve into small bowls immediately.
