ABOUT Mango Kulfi RECIPE

This is the best way to eat the mangoes while they last in the summer season. Kulfi inside a frozen mango, which is absolutely a double treat to the palate.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ripe Mango big size: 1
  2. Whole Milk: 1/2 lit
  3. Pistachios : 4-5
  4. Elaichi powder : 1 pinch
  5. Sugar: As per taste

Instructions

  1. Take a ripe mango and cut a slice from the front portion of the mango and keep aside.
  2. Pull out seed off the mango with the help of a knife. Then, boil the milk with sugar till it is reduced to around 200 ml.
  3. Now, crush pistachios and mix this well with milk. Pour this mixture into the seed hole and cover it with the already slice cut earlier.
  4. Keep the kulfi filled mango in a deep freezer for at least 6 hours.
  5. After it solidifies, peel the mango using a peeler and cut into slices. Serve and enjoy this desert! It’s so cooool!
