Ingredients to make Mango Icecream

  • mango pulp 3/4 cup
  • MIlk 2 cup
  • Powdered sugar 1/3 cup
  • Milk powder 1 cup
  • Fresh cream 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon

How to make Mango Icecream

  1. Combine milk, powdered sugar, milk powder, vanilla essence and fresh cream in a bowl and mix well till the sugar dissolves.
  2. After chilling completely add the mango pulp and mix well.
  3. Pour into a shallow container, cover it and freeze till sets.
  4. Blend the mixture in a blender till smooth and creamy.
  5. Transfer the mixture into the shallow container.
  6. Cover and freeze till firm.
  7. Scoop in dish and serve.
