ABOUT Mango Icecream RECIPE

mango icecream is all time favourite for all ages .Summer’s two greatest gifts – Ice creams and Mangoes. Combine them and what you get is nothing less than a summer blockbuster! This easy no-churn recipe is super easy to do at home!

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mango pulp 3/4 cup
  2. MIlk 2 cup
  3. Powdered sugar 1/3 cup
  4. Milk powder 1 cup
  5. Fresh Cream 1/2 cup
  6. Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Combine milk, powdered sugar, milk powder, vanilla essence and fresh cream in a bowl and mix well till the sugar dissolves.
  2. After chilling completely add the mango pulp and mix well.
  3. Pour into a shallow container, cover it and freeze till sets.
  4. Blend the mixture in a blender till smooth and creamy.
  5. Transfer the mixture into the shallow container.
  6. Cover and freeze till firm.
  7. Scoop in dish and serve.
