mango fudge made with milk cream and mango. A delicate and delicious recipe to tingle the taste buds.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. milk 2cups
  2. Cream 1cup
  3. mango puree 1/2cup
  4. mango finely chopped 1/4cup
  5. Mango essence few drops
  6. sugar 4tbsp or as per taste
  7. Almonds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine milk mango puree and cream in a vessel, mix well.
  2. Now pour this mixture in a pan and cook on medium high flame ,stir continuously
  3. Meanwhile add sugar And mango chunks cook this mixture till it gets thick and starts leaving pan.
  4. Add mango essence and turn off the gas when mixture fully leaves the sides of the pan and looks like a soft dough.
  5. Pour this mixture in a greased dish ,sprinkle chopped almonds and keep aside for 2-3 hours .
  6. When it gets properly set, cut in to pieces and serve.
